Junior Master Data Administrator

Zakres obowiązków:
Area of responsibility:
- Responsible for standard set up, maintenance and cleansing of master data and master data related reporting.
- Delivers a high quality and cost effective service by performing Master Data Management tasks in line with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff under supervision.
- Participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team.
- Analyze and resolve data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalete comples issues to senior team members or managements as necessary.
- Variables tasks may be extended to accommodate business and project needs.
Wymagania:
Specific tasks:
- Input up and maintains master data records in compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry.
- Performs master data cleansing and updating.
- Identify and correct errors in data entries.
- Performs accuracy checks.
- Prepares basic reporting and assist in generating regural reports to monitor data quality and integrity.
- Support senior team members in day-to-day master data management tasks
- Collaborate effectively with the Master Data team and other departmenst to achieve common objectives.
Requirements:
- Very good English both spoken and written
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Bachelor degree
- Excel skills
